Snowmobile Tour - half day

A typical Yukon winter experience!

 

 

Join us for a half-day excursion by snowmobile to the untouched nature on the Copper Trail and into the surrounding mountains.

We offer you an extraordinary Yukon winter experience!

We pick you up at your accommodation in Whitehorse in the morning and drive approximately 15 km to the McIntyre Marsh.

After a brief introduction, we start our snowmobile trip on the Copper Trail. Along this flat trail, you’ll have plenty of time to familiarize yourself with the snowmobile before continuing our tour up Mount McIntyre to our view point over Fish Lake.
At the top we’ll enjoy a short break to warm ourselves with a hot drink and some snacks to strengthen us for the return journey.
You drive your own snowmobile, but you can also join this tour as a passenger on a two person Snowmobile.
This tour is for everyone who would like to explore the Yukon by snowmobile, through deep snowy forests and up beautiful mountains. No special physical requirements or prior knowledge of driving a snow machine are necessary. You will receive professional instruction and a demonstration on the safe handling of your snowmobile at the start.

What is included:

  • Lead by an experienced guide
  • Shuttle from Whitehorse to Copper Trail and back
  • half day guided snowmobile trip – 2.5 hours
  • Snowmobile per person including helmet and gas

  • Shuttle from Hotel to Yukon Wide Adventures & back
  • Emergency equipment including Satellite communication

 Not included:

  • Winter clothing (This can be rented from us – prior reservation is recommended)

Price: $280 per person(2 people per sled), $210 single rider supplement 

All prices are in Canadian dollars plus 5% GST.
